Excellent customer service! We called on short notice to see if they could put training wheels on two small bikes we rented a day earlier. They made us a priority and we were quickly back riding the trails. I will always choose this company. They care.

Have had th pleasure of purchasing as well as renting from Hilton Head Bicycle Company. I love the bike that I bought and have enjoyed many rides! Recently my daughter visited and I was able to rent a bike for her. They are great to do business with - very accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant! Rental went smoothly with good quality bike and any necessary accessories. Highly recommend.

We just did an all day e-bike rental and it was fabulous! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The bikes were in pristine condition and equipped with backrack bag (to store incidentals), locks and helmets - everything you need (although, it would have been nice to have a phone grip on the handlebars). We toured all over and ended the day with a ride down the beach - perfect! Definitely renting again from them.

Hilton Head Bicycle Company was so easy! We ordered the bikes online and even used a holiday discount and they were in the driveway upon arrival! They sent a text for our lock codes and then we left them as they told us to for pick up! All so very easy and affordable! Will use this company again!!!

After checking the weather, we rented 4 bicycles from Hilton Head Bicycle Company. The bikes are delivered to where you are staying and they text you a code for the locks once they are delivered. Bikes come with baskets and a lock. We had the most amazing weather for January! The bikes were the perfect way to get around the island.

Great experience with Hilton Head Bicycle Company - good advance communication ahead of time to manage a 6 day, 8 person rental. Bikes delivered with no issue to our property and having identified a small problem with one of the bikes on Day 1, a simple phone call had it resolved within a few hours and a bike swap was taken care of. Would have no issues recommending the HHBC for your bike rental needs on the island.

We highly recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company for bike rentals!! We rented 4 e-bikes and they were awesome! We were given great instructions as we had never used them before. They provide locks so you can stop if you need. The bikes were in excellent shape and they let us know if we had any issues (we did not) we just call and they would come to us. The batteries lasted our whole 4 hour trip. We did a wonderful cruise down miles of beach and it was amazing!!

Website was easy to use. We showed up to the condo and all three bikes were waiting. During our stay, one bike started to make a small noise. I called one evening and a new bike was swapped out early the next morning. Great customer service, affordable and great quality bikes. I highly recommend.

Hands down best experience! We rented bikes for 4 days. After doing research, Hilton Head Bicycle Co. had the best price compared to other companies & our bikes were in great condition and delivered right outside our condo. Will definitely use them for our next trip!

Such a great experience! I’ve never been on an electric bicycle before, but they made everything easy. They set my daughter up to ride behind me on a pull behind and she also had a blast. We will definitely rent from them again.
